ELIGIBILITY.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Toys“R”Us Mall of America Sweepstakes and Giveaways ("SWEEPSTAKES") is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority under applicable law). IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, AND Toys“R”Us Mall of America ("SPONSOR") RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT AWARD PRIZES TO YOU. To be eligible to win a Sweepstakes prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the manner and format designated. Employees, directors and officers of Sponsor and any of its respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win any prizes. All applicable federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that: (1) you have read and understand the Rules; (2) you meet the Sweepstakes eligibility requirements as explained in the Rules; (3) you are bound by the Rules and to Sponsor's Terms of Use and Legal Notices as published at www.atticsalt.com; (4) you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by the Rules and the decisions of Sponsor; (5) subject to you opting out, you agree to receive marketing messages from Sponsor, and (6) the Rules shall be legally binding on you and your legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns.

DISCLAIMER. 
Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees, media partners, printers, and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related or technical malfunctions or failures; (c) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or by non-authorized human intervention; (d) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's Participation in the Sweepstakes or access of the any websites related to the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical or electronic; (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (f) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in the Sweepstakes.

PROMOTION PERIOD. 
Sponsor's Sweepstakes will clearly provide a start and end time. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to win a prize. Sponsor’s time clock will be the official time clock for the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES. 
ALL FEDERAL, STATE/PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All prize values are in U.S. dollars. All prizes will be awarded. Prize notifications returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within five (5) business days after delivery will be forfeited. Gift cards, gift certificates, and coupons are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one (1) prize per person, household or address. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Sponsor is not responsible for loss, delay or damage in shipping any prize or notification. 

Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the United States of America. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Value of the Sweepstakes Prize will be clearly stated.

ODDS OF WINNING A SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE. 
Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE CLAIMS.
No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

IDENTITY OF ENTRANT. 
In the event of a dispute about the identity of an entrant, entries will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used at time of entry. An "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

SELECTING WINNERS. 
The Sponsor will select one Winner (the "Winner") at random from amongst the qualified entries. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner will be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor’s decisions on matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

NOTIFYING WINNERS. 
Sponsor will attempt to notify potential Sweepstakes Winner on day specified. Potential Sweepstakes winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility for verification purposes or Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) business days. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, if Sweepstakes Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a Sweepstakes Prize winner declines the Prize offered, the prize will be forfeited. No alternate prize winner will be selected. Sweepstakes Prizes will be delivered within 4-6 weeks from date of verification via mail, email or freight to the street/mailing address or email address provided by winner's response to notification email.

NO AFFILIATION WITH META. 
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor when you enter and participate in the Sweepstakes. The information you provide will be used to contact potential winner and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at ToysRUsFlagships.com. You also understand that by using and interacting with www.facebook.com, you are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies that govern the use of www.facebook.com. You should therefore review the applicable terms and policies for www.facebook.com, including privacy and data gathering practices, before using or interacting with www.facebook.com.

GENERAL RELEASE. 
By entering this Sweepstakes, you release Sponsor and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of, misuse of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to intellectual property, personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property (including your pet), rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

USE OF ENTRANT NAME, LIKENESS, ETC. 
Except where prohibited by law, entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use each entrant's name, hometown, likeness, persona, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further notice, permission, or compensation. As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where prohibited by law, each winner may be required to execute a consent to the use of their name, hometown, likeness, persona, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.

AFFIDAVIT & RELEASE. 
Potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner must complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release, except where prohibited by law, within five (5) business days of receipt of Prize notification or Prize may be forfeited.

MISCELLANEOUS.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to conflict or choice of law provisions or international treaties or conventions. Entrants agree and consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Travis County in the State of Texas, U.S.A. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion and without notice, and reserves the right, for any reason, to suspend or cancel any Sweepstakes or any entrant's participation in any Sweepstakes including should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play of such Sweepstakes, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running such Sweepstakes as planned. Entrants who violate the Official Rules, violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in any Sweepstakes, tamper with the operation of any Sweepstakes or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, any Sweepstakes or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter a Sweepstakes. Any provision of the Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect.
